Privacy Policy

If you send me a message through the contact form or by email, I receive your name, email address and whatever you wrote. That's it. I don't track who reads which page.

Standard server logs may record your IP address and browser type, kept briefly to keep the site safe and running.

I use your details to reply to you, to talk about a possible project, and to send invoices and files if we end up working together. Nothing else.

Nobody, on purpose. I don't sell, rent, or share your data with marketing partners. The only third parties involved are the boring necessary ones, my email host and my invoice software, which process your information solely to deliver those services.

Project emails and invoices: up to 5 years, because accounting requires it. General enquiries that didn't lead anywhere: deleted within 12 months.

You can ask me what data I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email ptak@inbox.eu and I'll handle it within 30 days.

This site isn't directed at children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect data from them.
