Digital Delivery

For items in the shop (sprite packs, illustrations, logo templates), delivery is instant. The moment your payment clears, you get a download link on the confirmation screen and a copy of that link by email.

Download links stay live for 30 days and can be used multiple times, so you can re-grab the files if your computer eats them.

For custom projects, the final files arrive by email as soon as the final invoice is paid, usually within a few minutes, never more than 24 hours. Large bundles ship as a private cloud link instead of an attachment.

Typical file formats: PNG, SVG, PDF, JPG, and on request the editable source (Aseprite, Procreate, Affinity, Illustrator).

I do not sell or ship any physical goods, no prints, no merch, no stickers, no packaging. If you would like a piece printed, you are free to take the file to a printer of your choice under the licence terms.

If your download link does not arrive, or a file appears broken, email ptak@inbox.eu with your order reference. I usually reply within one working day and will resend the files immediately.
