Enquire

A few things worth knowing.

After you pay
If you pay for a service directly through the website, I'll personally get in touch within 24 hours (usually much sooner) to confirm your order, ask any project questions and kick things off.
What I'll ask
A short brief: what you're making, references or mood, deadline, file formats you need, and where the work will live. Nothing scary, just enough to start on the right foot.
If we're not a fit
On the rare occasion a project isn't right for me, I'll say so honestly and refund you in full, no questions, no awkwardness.
Payment terms
Every project is different, so payment is negotiated individually based on scope and complexity. Some projects run on full payment upfront, others on a split such as 50% at start and 50% on delivery, we agree on what suits you best before any invoice goes out.
Instant start
Choosing to pay the full amount upfront kickstarts the project instantly and locks in the earliest possible delivery slot, no admin back-and-forth, straight into the work.
Digital merch
Full upfront payment is especially helpful for upcoming digital merch releases: it streamlines the workflow and lets me focus purely on creation rather than invoicing rhythms.
Revisions
Each tier includes generous revisions. Beyond that, I bill in 30-minute blocks at €40.
Rush work
Possible most of the time. Add 25% for under-72-hour turnarounds.
Licence
Every purchase grants a licence to use the digital files we agreed on. Final artwork is yours under that licence once the invoice is paid; I keep the right to show it in my portfolio.
Currency
Prices in EUR. I can invoice in USD or GBP at the day's rate if that's easier for you.
